The details matter

A good fit starts
with the site.

For fixed-post systems such as FloodShield, the opening, mounting surfaces, ground level and supporting structure all need consideration.

We can discuss local installation and what the work would involve. Outside our local area, we can work through the product information with you and your installer.

Product guidance is not a formal flood-risk assessment or structural design. Where the conditions call for it, an engineer or other qualified specialist may need to assess the site.

Bring us your
project requirements.

For larger sites, the practical planning matters as much as the product. Tell us what you need to protect and how your team expects to deploy the barrier.

  • Proposed layout, opening dimensions and quantities.
  • Known water conditions and site constraints.
  • Access, storage, water supply and available personnel.
  • Required technical documents and delivery timeframe.

Keep it straightforward

Three useful starting points.

01 / ASK

Tell us what you need.

A price, a product question or a project enquiry. Include your location so we can discuss delivery or local services.

02 / CHECK

Work through the details.

Where needed, we will ask for photos, measurements and site information, and identify details that still need confirmation.

03 / AGREE

Confirm the scope.

Review the selected product, quantities, pricing, delivery and any agreed installation work before proceeding.

Common service questions

Before you get
in touch.

Read all FAQs ↗
Can I buy a barrier without an installation service?

Yes. Product supply and installation can be discussed separately. If you already know what you need, ask for a supply quote with your delivery location.

Do you visit every site?

No. Local visits are available by arrangement. For other locations, photos, measurements and a conversation can help us discuss the products. Some sites need an independent specialist assessment.

What should I send with an enquiry?

Start with your location and what you would like to protect. For guidance, include photos of the opening and surrounding ground, measurements and any known flooding history. For a price, include the product and quantity if known.

Can you provide documents for procurement?

Tell us which technical, product or insurance documents your process requires. We can confirm what is available for the proposed system. Current business insurance documentation is available on request.
