Made from heavy-duty 0.6 mm reinforced PVC tarpaulin, these water-filled flood barriers are designed for rapid deployment in residential, commercial and light-industrial settings. Simply fill them with water and position them to protect doorways, garages, shopfronts, driveways or perimeter openings.

Material Specification

Constructed from 0.6 mm (600 micron) reinforced PVC tarpaulin with heat-sealed seams for maximum strength, flexibility, and UV resistance. The material is designed for repeated use, ensuring long service life under New Zealand’s variable climate conditions.

How It Works

1. Unroll the tube in front of the area you wish to protect.

2. Connect a standard garden hose to the built-in valve.

3. Fill with water until the tube is fully inflated and snug against the ground.

4. Drain and store once the flood risk has passed — rinse, dry and store flat out of direct sunlight.

Performance & Water Depth

FloodLine Series Pro barriers are designed for surface flooding and low-to-moderate water flow, typically up to 150 mm water depth. They provide excellent resistance to rainfall runoff, localised pooling, and shallow overland flooding. For sustained or deep flooding with strong water flow, we recommend upgrading to FloodLine XL.

Ground & Surface Guidance

FloodLine Series Pro performs best on firm, level surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, pavers or compacted earth. They may be used on grass or uneven ground with a ground sheet or thin rubber mat to improve the seal.

Avoid sharp objects that could puncture the PVC. After use, rinse with fresh water, dry and store out of direct sunlight.
