Introduction:
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made by Special Solutions Trade Company ("we," "us," "our") through our website (specialsolutionstrade.co.nz) or any other sales channels. By purchasing our products, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Consumer Rights:

If we are unable to provide a repair, replacement, or refund, or if you are not satisfied with the outcome, you have the right to take the matter to the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal or another appropriate authority.
Please note that our Consumer Rights section does not limit or exclude any statutory consumer rights that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
Construction Services:
If we are providing construction services for your purchase, we will also provide a separate Construction Contract detailing the specific terms and conditions related to the construction of your product. The terms and conditions of this Construction Contract will govern your construction project and must be agreed to in writing prior to the start of construction.
Pricing and Payment:
All prices listed on our website or other sales channels are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed to in writing by us. We accept payment through our website, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping and delivery fees will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by us. We will ship the products to the address provided by you at checkout, and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen.

We offer a limited warranty for our products in accordance with the terms set out in our Product Warranty document, which will be provided with your purchase. The Product Warranty document outlines the scope of our warranty and your rights and responsibilities.

The effectiveness of the flood barrier product is dependent upon proper installation and use in accordance with the instructions provided. Special Solutions Trade Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance of the flood barrier product, and shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the product. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure proper installation and use of the product in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
SAP Jute Flood Bags Disclaimer:
Jute SAP flood bags are intended to provide temporary protection from flooding. They are not intended to provide complete protection or prevent all flood damage. The effectiveness of Jute Sap flood bags is dependent upon proper use and maintenance. After each use, their efficiency is less, and for ultimate benefit be replaced. Jute Sap flood bags have a shelf-life span of four years from the date of manufacture. Special Solutions Trade Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance of Jute Sap flood bags, and shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the product. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure proper use and maintenance of Jute Sap flood bags in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Carports and Verandas Disclaimer:
At Special Solutions Trade Company, we provide carports and verandas for sale and construction, and we're committed to standing behind the quality of our products. Our carports and verandas are designed to provide additional outdoor shelter and are intended to meet or exceed industry standards. We offer a 3-year warranty on our products, which provides assurance that they will perform as intended. In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with your carport or veranda within 3 years of your purchase, our team will work with you to resolve the problem promptly. However, it's important to note that proper installation and use of the product in accordance with applicable laws and regulations are still the sole responsibility of the user.
Fence Disclaimer:
Special Solutions Trade Company provides fence construction services. Fences are intended to provide additional privacy and security to the property. Special Solutions Trade Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance of the fences, and shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the product. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure proper installation and use of the product in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Temporary Security Fence Disclaimer:
Special Solutions Trade Company provides temporary security fences as a safety measure for construction sites, events, or other short-term applications. Our fences are designed to provide a physical barrier and deter unauthorized access but are not intended to provide complete protection or prevent all security breaches. The effectiveness of the temporary security fence is dependent upon proper installation and use in accordance with the instructions provided. Special Solutions Trade Company provides a 12-month warranty from the date of sale against any defects or issues arising from normal use of the product. However, we make no other representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance of the temporary security fence, and shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the product. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure proper installation and use of the product in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Custom Products Disclaimer:
Special Solutions Trade Company provides custom products made to the specifications of the customer. We will work with the customer to ensure that the product meets their requirements, but we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance of the custom product. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that the product meets their needs and is used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations."
Modification of Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other sales channels. Your continued use of our products or services after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
Entire Agreement:
