Refund policy
We are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:
Timeframe for returns:
You have the right to return a product if it is faulty or doesn't meet the description provided, within a "reasonable" timeframe. We require any item to be returned within 30days of purchase. Please contact us at allan@specialsolutionstrade.co.nz if you have any questions about the timeframe for returns.
Conditions for returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return:
To start a return, please contact us at allan@specialsolutionstrade.co.nz. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to return the product. If the product is faulty, we will cover the cost of shipping the return. If the product is not faulty, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the return.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and make a separate purchase for the new item.
